	Holy Week
Description:	Semana Santa (Holy Week) in Morón has been declared as being of National Tourist Interest, and provides a good reason to visit the town. History, aesthetics, variety, the richly decorated palios (Virgin?s roofed procession platforms) and the worthy artistry of the carved images are the main characteristics of the cofradías (procession groups), which represent a significant heritage. It is considered one of the oldest and most important Easter celebrations in the province of Seville, and has nine brotherhoods that walk on their routes of penance (estaciones de penitencia) from Palm Sunday until Holy Saturday.
