Seville, beautiful and diverse

El Triguero is the essence of the Andalusian dream. Only 10 minutes away from the centre of Carmona and 30 minutes away from Seville, this large property is locaded, covered by Mediterranean forests and extensive crops; it is a place where absolute calm reigns. The main house, consisting of almost 1,000 m², is surrounded by large olive trees, citrus trees, an orchard-garden and the pool area.

The olive-growing history of Hacienda Guzmán goes back more than six centuries, when Hernando Colón, the son of Christopher Columbus, exported the olive oil produced on this Hacienda to the Americas in the period following the discovery of America.

The Olive Oil Museum of La Puebla de Cazalla opened in 2010. It is located in the former mill at the Hacienda la Fuenlonguilla from 1858. This Museum offers a tour of the age-old process of extracting “liquid gold”. The visit includes the former mill, its oil press, the grooves in which the earthenware oil vessels were placed, the vessels themselves and 32 information panels.

Hacienda Porzuna Peri-Urban Park is located on the left bank of the Porzuna Stream, adjacent to the eponymous estate. It sits on the road connecting San Juan de Aznalfarache with Palomares del Río. The park has a signposted botanical trail that leads through different vegetation zones: holm oaks, cork oaks and gall oaks, Mediterranean scrub, olive trees, Aleppo pines and stone pines.
