Seville, beautiful and diverse

This museum dedicated to cultural and natural heritage is located on the banks of the River Cala. The audiovisual resources explore the local history and its key location on the Camino de Santiago. The great variety of stuffed animals and the collection of fossils reveal the rich fauna of this historical area, with the griffon vulture standing out for its size in its second room.

This Visitor Centre provides detailed information about the Castle itself and its relationship with the area.

The museum is located in the Plaza de España. The access to it is located in the inner gallery of the square, between the Puerta de Aragón and the Torre Norte. It has obtained a large part of the collection of the old Maestranza de Artillería in Seville, the 1897 Memorial of which refers to a "model room", which has been considered the seed of the first artillery museum in Seville.

The Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum of La Puebla de Cazalla is located at the Hacienda la Fuenlonguilla. It used to be a traditional olive oil mill that was operational between the 19th and 20th centuries. Its floor plan is practically square with two differentiated areas.

The Ethnographic Museum of La Puebla de los Infantes is located on the corner of Calle Castillo and Calle Zahareta, a few metres from the Chapel of Santiago and just before reaching the Castle.

This Centre is located in Marchena’s old Town Hall. It is divided into two spaces that seek to recover the town’s historical memory. The historical objects on display and the information panels focus on political figures and daily life during the Spanish Civil War and the dictatorship.

This remarkable municipal museum is the only one of its kind in its speciality in Andalusia. It exhibits a varied and valuable collection of instruments, tools and materials used since ancient times in medicine and surgery.
