Seville, beautiful and diverse

This is a small family handmade cheese business that has decided to continue making the same product as it did two generations ago: Florida goat cheese prepared with raw milk. The milk they use to make the "Quesos Aguilar" goat cheese comes from the El Real de la Jara in the Sierra Norte of Seville, where the livestock grazes in freedom.

This winery, founded in 1930, is located in the Seville’s Sierra Morena, in the renovated winery of the same name, now transformed into a "French model winery". On its wine estate, La Purísima Concepción (17th century), varieties of grapes not native to the region of Andalusia have been planted, with the advice of oenology professionals.

The result has been three generations of experience, technique, art and care in the production of high-quality hams - the pride of our firm, with the authentic flavour and aroma of the best Iberian free-grazing acorn-fed pig -, sausages cured in the solitude of the drying room and selected in their optimal moment for cutting and consumption.

Due to the wide use of the Manzanilla variety as an aperitif and the low use of this product in oil production; our company decided to invest in the project "ENORO: extra virgin olive oil extracted from 100% Manzanilla olives from the La Campiña region".

This famous factory, lovers of the surprising and the exquisite, has been making products for the delight of consumers for over 50 years, following the great confectionery tradition handed down over the centuries from the many and varied cultures that have left their mark on Andalusia.

The passion of this small but impeccable dairy products workshop is cheeses, which are made with raw goat milk from the native Sevillian flowery breed of grazing livestock and exclusively use ferments from their own milk.

This small family company is located in Coripe, in the south of the province of Seville, surrounded by a stunning natural landscape in the heart of Sierra de Algodonales.
