Traditional bakery founded in 1940. They make pastries, yemas (sweetmeats made with egg yolk), shortbread, quince jelly and torta de la sierra (typical local cake) and since 2006 they have been selling more than thirty flavours of homemade jams made with fruit from the region following a traditional family recipe.

We explain the history of Constantina, the emergence and development of the anisette industry and how the distillates are made in the traditional way, focusing on our speciality, SOUR CHERRY CREAM. The explanation is accompanied by an audiovisual presentation.
