1

The Flamenco Biennial of Seville began in 1980 and has been getting better for 30 years bringing together the best flamenco musicians and dancers. The Flamenco Biennial lasts about 30 days and includes a multitude of venues throughout the town, from theatres to smaller establishments. This is one of the most popular flamenco events in the world, and apart from the official programme, there are always many parallel exhibitions, events and displays scheduled to coincide with the Biennial.

It is a meeting point for flamenco lovers and great artists. Seventy performances with approximately twenty artists take place in emblematic places of Seville such as the Lope de Vega Theatre, the Maestranza Theatre, the Central Theatre, the Real Alcázar and the Santa Clara Space, among others.
