The Church of Nuestra Señora de las Huertas is located in the centre of the town of La Puebla de los Infantes, a few minutes from the Castle of La Puebla de los Infantes.

It is a religious building consisting of three naves with five sections and a main chapel. It has rectangular columns supporting semicircular arches and vaults separated by transverse ribs. The main chapel is roofed by a hemispherical dome on pendentives.

In a chapel attached to the sanctuary, as in the tower, remains of medieval structures are preserved. Inside the chancel there is an 18th century window with a wrought iron grille. The side doorways have semicircular arches with a triangular pediment.
