Constantina Distillery


Distillery with explanation of the distillation process and final tasting of the products.

Since the 19th century, Destilerias de Constantina has been producing, in a traditional way, anisettes and liqueurs of unmatched quality and unique flavour, distilled in copper boilers with holm oak wood and spring water, following the 16th century technique of the master distillers who have passed on their secret and original recipes from generation to generation until today, following a process that takes care of every last detail.

After being subjected to a long period of slow maceration and combined with high-quality aniseed, carefully selected cherries are used to make our Sour Cherry Cream; a smooth, creamy liqueur with all the flavour of our land, the hallmark of Constantina.

Description of the tour

The tour consists of a visit to the vineyard and the winery, with a detailed explanation of grape production, and ends with a tasting of three wines and an aperitif (optional).
