Gerena

Hacienda San Felipe has been standing out for more than three centuries and has been producing olives ever since. It consists of 432 ha. of which 180 ha. are olive groves and the rest is pasture land where cattle graze. We grind the olives of the Arberquina variety to extract oil of the highest quality and bottle it under our own brand name. The ranch has two livestock farms, the cattle farm and the horse farm (Yeguada Carrión).

In the same direction and twenty metres away from the hacienda, in the middle of an expanse of olive groves, the noble house is located, with its rustic rooms and halls. It was built by the prestigious architect Mr Aníbal González, whose works include the Plaza de España in Seville.

The villa was built in 1929 to coincide with the first Universal Exhibition held therein. The country house is perfectly equipped to hold for all types of private and professional events. Equestrian shows, gastronomic workshops, flamenco fashion, visits to facilities, cattle and horse breeding, rural accommodation, team-building.

Carmona

The Hacienda Santa Ana, architecturally designed according the Roman model of an enclosed and fortified house, was built in 1861 and was mainly used for the cultivation of olive trees. Based on the classical architectural model, it has a noble house, or manor house, social halls, chapel, stables, personnel dwellings, or gañanías, gardens and a courtyard with orange trees. Some later additions have been made to these old buildings, such as the bullfighting ring and the boxes for the stud farm. It has a chapel, a bullring, boxes and riding arena.

The Hacienda Santa Ana has rooms completely refurbished in the purest Andalusian style, with en-suite bathrooms. It also has four houses ideal for enjoying nature, consisting of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (free firewood), air conditioning, heat pump, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a refrigerator and a ceramic hob.

Constantina

Los Pozos de la Nieve, a building the age of which is lost in time, was an industrial building and supplier of snow to the city of Seville, to which it belonged in the 17th century, as shown in its spectacular coat of arms on the façade. This building was awarded for its valuable recovery and restoration by the Town Council of Constantina and EUROPA NOSTRA AWARDS 2006. It is located within a property of seventy thousand square metres, with magnificent native trees.
