Semana Santa Estepa

Seville enchants

This trail runs through the centre of the Sierra Morena de Sevilla Natural Park, through four of its beautiful villages: Constantina, Cazalla de la Sierra, Alanís and San Nicolás del Puerto.

Las Navas de la Concepción

During the Middle Ages there were only cereal farms and livestock farms in this area, and it was not until 1557 that the monks of the Order of San Basilio established themselves in the area and were responsible for designing the layout of the streets of what is today the town.

This Greenway runs along the banks of the La Minilla reservoir, in the municipality of El Ronquillo, featuring beautiful Mediterranean forest landscapes.

The trail is easy to follow and is fully signposted. At the beginning it winds through stone walls and olive groves, which occupy the areas closest to the village, along with some vegetable gardens and wine presses.

This route constitutes a pleasant walk among olive grape and orange groves. The route starts just outside the town o  Villanueva del Ariscal, on the road to Olivares, in a roundabout presided by a cross and next to a water reservoir.

Leaving the Peñón de Zaframagón behind, and continuing along the Sierra Greenway, you will come to the planned Zaframagón station. Continue until you leave the tunnel before Coripe station, turning to walk on the tarmac of the local road, and climbing a steep slope to the first town.

From the immortal ruins of Italica to the recovered natural landscapes of the Guadiamar, this is a trail full of ancient ruins and natural wonders.
