This is the most emblematic monument of Casariche. It was ordered to be built by the Marquises of Estepa in the 17th century. It is a building with a Latin cross floor plan formed by a single nave with chapels between the interior buttresses. It is roofed with a half-barrel vault compartmentalized by transverse ribs, lunettes and squares, while the transept has a dome on pendentives with radial decoration. The main altarpiece comes from the now disappeared convent of La Victoria in Estepa.

This church suffered looting and the burning of its former images in 1936 during the civil war.
