Estepa’s Sacred Art Museum is located in the Santa María la Mayor Church. The fact sheets provide insight into the different changes the building has undergone throughout its history, be it a mosque, Gothic or Mudejar Church.

Furthermore, this beautiful Church is home to a remarkable collection of 17th and 18th-century paintings, altarpieces and statues. Highlights include a valuable Byzantine reliquary of the “Lignum Crucis”, a silver reliquary with the skull of Saint Agnes and a parish cross from 1580.
