The history of this distillery dates back to 1880, when a Basque emigrant decided to take advantage of the existence of a groundwater spring from Roman times to start producing a range of distillates, in copper stills and using traditional techniques.

Over the years, these facilities have witnessed the development of such traditional and diverse products as anisette, pacharán and now gin, in three varieties: Strawberry, Classic and Pure Black Edition.

The quality of the distillates is the result of using only the best raw materials. The strawberries, plants and different ingredients used to make the products are carefully selected from different geographical areas, with the aim of obtaining a top-quality product. The combination of know-how and innovation, together with the dedication and care taken in the distillation process, have made it possible to develop a product with its own personality which, after establishing itself in its country of origin, has now begun its journey towards the international market.

Los Alcores de Carmona is one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries in Andalusia. Its name is related to the discovery of America, when Seville became one of the main ports for the exchange of goods between Spain and the New World. The distillery, producer of the first Andalusian pacharán, also produces a wide range of distillates, some of the most important being the "Los Hermanos" anisette and the "Triunfo" liqueurs.
