The result has been three generations of experience, technique, art and care in the production of high-quality hams - the pride of our firm, with the authentic flavour and aroma of the best Iberian free-grazing acorn-fed pig -, sausages cured in the solitude of the drying room and selected in their optimal moment for cutting and consumption.

Description of the tour

Guided tour of the factory and drying room, where you can see how the hams are prepared from the moment they arrive from the slaughterhouse until they are sold. Visitors will be offered a tasting of the products (ham, cheese, loin, chorizo and sausage), with the presence of a ham cutter for them to witness the cutting technique and taste the freshly cut ham here in our facilities.
