Aguadulce, a town between market gardens

Getting to Aguadulce
If you travel by car from Seville, take the A-92 motorway for about 100 kilometres until you reach the direct exit to Aguadulce.
If you come by train, the nearest station is Osuna. There are bus and taxi services that can take you to Aguadulce, which is only nine kilometres away.
If you decide to travel by bus, several bus lines regularly run from Prado de San Sebastián Station in Seville to Aguadulce throughout the day.

What to see
Begin your visit to this small Sevillian town at Plaza Blas Infante where the Town Hall is located. This square is the beating heart of the town. You can stand opposite the Pepe Hara House and admire its impressive façade. This country house was the first farmers’ social club in Aguadulce.
Just a few minutes away, on the street running parallel, is the town’s main monument, San Bartolomé Church, named after Aguadulce’s patron saint. This Renaissance temple was completed in the 18th century. The building hides interesting architectural details that you can only discover if they are pointed out. Opposite the church is the Plaza de Santa Ángela where you can sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this town.
Just behind the parish church is the Jardín de Dolores, the most picturesque and endearing place. This beautiful garden bears the name of the woman who works hard to keep it impeccable.
What better way to end your visit than strolling through Aguadulce’s famous market gardens. Visit the Las Huertas Interpretation Centre and learn about the history of this Sevillian town.
