The façade of the Plaza de Andalucía dates back to the latter half of the 20th century. The building typifies Andalusian rationalist architecture. The ensemble comprised of the Town Hall, Plaza de Andalucía, Marchena, Victoria and Sevilla streets, and the Plaza del Cabildo is the real nerve centre and one of the town’s most beautiful cityscapes.

The building has a square floor plan, two storeys and central access, including a porch on the main façade and a clock tower on the rear façade. The ground floor is slightly smaller in surface area due to the porch and walkway leading to the Plaza de Andalucía.

The main façade is divided into five levels. The lower levels consist of semi-circular arches supported by square columns, and the upper levels have balconies on sills between small pilasters that support a simple roof with moulding.

The upper level is topped by a cornice with a parapet divided into five sections. The central section has a curved gable where the clock is located, while the two sections on each side are decorated with simple coffers.

The tower-clock has two levels. The lower level has a balcony under the clock, and the upper is the bell tower with semi-circular arches between pilasters and a cornice under the roof.
