The building where the municipal offices are currently located is an excellent example of the stately houses that proliferated Utrera throughout the 18th century.

This monumental site in Olivares was made possible by the generosity of the first Counts of Olivares, a cadet branch of the Ducal House of Medina Sidonia that settled in this area of the Aljarafe. The lands have belonged to the powerful Guzmán family since the Middle Ages.

Courthouse

A regionalist building from the late 1920s, it is commonly known in Ecija as “Casa de las Tomasas”. It currently houses the Courthouse. 

The aesthetic and stylistic values of the building are in keeping with Sevillian regionalist architecture that emerged around the 1929 Universal Exhibition in Seville.

The Palace of the Princes of Orleans and Bourbon, located in the centre of Villamanrique de la Condesa, was built in the 16th century over an old mill house. 

The Palace was renovated in the 19th century as a traditional Andalusian rural house with decorations with French influences due to the participation of French architects.
The Palace is divided into three large areas:

The Ciudad de Carmon Museum provides insight into the history of Carmona from its origins (a million years ago) to the present-day. It features archaeological remains from the Palaeolithic, Chalcolithic, Turdetan and Andalusí periods. However, the most important are the Tartessian (Saltillo Vessels), and Roman remains.
