Casa Palacio Fernández de Santaella
Fernández de Santaella Palace (The Big House)

What we all know as The Big House is a magnificent mid-nineteenth century palace. It was built by the Fernández de Santaella family.

The house is divided into two units. On the one hand, the living area occupies a plot with a façade of 22 metres and a depth of 30 metres, built round the central courtyard measuring 12x12 metres and the backyard measuring 16x11 metres.

Alqueria Park

The romantic poets Antonia Díaz and José Lamarque created a garden called La Alquería in Dos Hermanas, regarded by some as a "paradise on earth". An ample space in which personal and family life can be experienced and artistic activities can be developed surrounded by trees and plants.

This 18th-century stately, civil building was once the seat of Osuna’s courthouse. As the inscription on the portal shows, it was built in 1738.

One of Osuna’s most beautiful streets is this steep street located at the foot of the baroque Merced Tower. The walk up the street, lined with buildings made with ashlars from Osuna’s quarries, leads to the Camino de la Buena Vista with excellent panoramic views of the town and Seville’s countryside.

Sevilla Street

The former Sevilla Street, with a gentle slope, runs parallel to the monumental and artistic San Pedro Street. Its perspective is unique. Overshadowed by the massive Collegiate Church, this street appears to begin at the fig orchard that surrounds this town’s main temple. At the other end of the street is the tower of the Espíritu Santo Church, behind which the sun sets every afternoon.
