Would like to know how lactic cheeses are made? Why are they so creamy? Why they come in so many flavours -from more acidic and fresh to intense and aromatic?
You can find out during your visit to the wellDone Lácticos’ dairy, and you can even taste our cheeses made from raw Florida goat milk, a breed native to the Lower Guadalquivir.
Our cheesemaker, Rodolfo del Río, will take you back to Seville in 844, the origin of wellDone Lácticos, to understand the concepts and type of cheese made in our factory.
During the visit to the cheese factory, you will learn about the farm-to-fork production process.
You will taste 4 to 6 different types of cheese, with an explanation about their distinctive features, pairing and other interesting trivia.
The tasting will be paired with wine (white/rosé) and beer, as well as artisan bread made on-site.
